Payments &Cancellations

Deposits must be made within 2 days of booking confirmation, otherwise, the booking will be canceled without any notice. Keys will be given once FULL PAYMENT has been made for the arranged booking.

Cancellation of confirmed booking subject to a fee of 10% of total amount.

No refunds will be done If canceled 3 weeks or less before arrival day or early departure. The administration fee of R400 is non-refundable.
